Advanced Equipment and QA System for Consistent High Quality
We own 2,500-ton presses from Russia, 5-ton electronic hammers from Germany, CNC machines sourced from Mazak and Okuma of Japan, molding lines for sand casting, automatic wax injection and drying lines for investment casting. Making use of such advanced equipment helps us produce more efficiently and also maintain consistency in quality. CMM inspections, along with OBLF spectrometers, microstructures and MT testing facilities, as well as our topnotch QA system, all contribute to precision and reliability.
Strong In-house Technical Capabilities
Over the past 10 years, we have manufactured more than 10 million parts. Our R&D team possesses great technical strength. As a result, we can offer tooling, jig, fixture and gauge design services, as well as 3D model engineering services. In addition, we implement scientific management systems, such as ERP, MRP and PDM.
Foundation Stone Ceremony for Golden-Ring Exporting Base
On April 13, the foundation stone ceremony for Golden-Ring exporting base was held in Jiangshan Industrial Park, where the exporting base will be located. We will supply one-stop services for customers when the exporting base has been put into operation this November.
From that day, the foundation of our company’s new exporting base starts. The new exporting base includes lost wax investment casting foundry, CNC machining center, warehouse, R&D and sales center, and some other supporting facilities.

- Our investment casting foundry can turn out 4,000 tons of steel casts annually and is furnished with automatic shell molding lines with ABB robot that achieve high efficiency and steady quality of production.
- Our CNC machining center is furnished with CNC turning lathes, CNC machining centers (vertical and horizontal), which are from Mazak and Okuma.
- Our inspection lab will have tensile testing machines, X-ray/UT detectors, measuring projectors aside from hexagon CMM, OBLF spectrometers, metalloscopes, hardness testers and MT testers.
- Our R&D center will be supported by experienced engineers from Nissan team.
- Our sales team has more than 15 years of experience in exporting to North America and Europe, especially in Germany.
